Rosacea Triggers Survey

What 'triggers' your rosacea flare-ups?  We would like to know!

We have decided to conduct our own visitor survey to determine what are the most common rosacea triggers affecting sufferers of this skin condition.   The results of this ongoing survey can help you to identify your own personal rosacea trigger factors.

Our original survey revealed that the #1 Trigger was "Emotional Stress", followed by "Sun / Hot Weather" and "Wind". These were the predominant factors identified by a wide margin based on voting by over 1,000 participants.  We have decided to start a new survey which includes additional environmental factors for you to vote on.

So, to take our new Rosacea Trigger Survey, select the ONE trigger factor that is the primary cause of your rosacea flare-ups.  Even though you may have multiple factors affecting your rosacea, we are only looking for that one factor that affects your condition most seriously.  Just check the button next to that trigger factor and press the "Submit" button.

You will receive immediate feedback on how common your trigger is relative to other participants in the survey.  Thank you for participating in our Rosacea Triggers Survey!

Note:  If you are not sure what is triggering your flare-ups, take note of any activity that took place just prior to your flare-up and enter it into your diary.  Also consider those factors that have been identified by the National Rosacea Society (and those identified in our survey) as the most common rosacea triggers.   Usually within a few weeks, a pattern will start to emerge and the pieces of the puzzle should start to fall together for you.
